It took me some time to find out what the game was about (I guess it would have helped if I visited the help screen). But basically the game is about developing your character (you can use lots of tactics) to become leader or at least climb the rankings. This can be done in many ways with many tactics. There's lots of other stuff to, even new players have enough challenge as well. But my favorite is a new feature called 'Grow a tree' where you must develop tactics to get the highest tree.
